1、 摘 要 本设计是以AutoCAD平面设计基础上的计算机辅助设计。介绍了对一副落料模具 进行工艺分析后并进行加工制造的过程。零件材料选用Cr12,Cr12钢是一种应用 广泛的冷作模具钢,高碳、高铬类型,莱氏体钢,具有较好的淬透性和良好的耐 磨性。操作方便安全。但此零件是凹模,制造较为困难。一般采用电火花,线切 割加工, 加工精度较高。 本设计的特点是分析落料凹模板类成型零件的加工工艺、 零件材料及热处理要求, 提出了可采用的工艺方案及工艺规程, 对于型孔类成 型零件采用数控线切割加工的程序编制方法及要点。用这些方法制造模具,过程 简单,生产周期短,成本低,工件表面质量好,尺寸精度,且操作方便,
