1、 毕业设计（论文）说明 共 54 页 第 1 页 装 订 线 摘 要 本设计是某十五层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防系统、 热水系统和屋面雨水系统五个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水，一到六层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。七层到十五层为高区， 采用上行下给的供水方式，由地下车库的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱，再由高位水箱向高区管 网供水；排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，底层单独排水，排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水再经 化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min 的水由消防 水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。热水采用的是封闭式机械半循
2、环系统，分区情 况和冷水系统一致，冷水通过电加热器集中加热后，再由提升泵供向配水管网；雨水采用的是内 排水系统， 雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管和排水管分别采用PPR 管和 UPVC 管，消防系统 和热水系统都采用镀锌钢管。 设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型,并做工程概算 和 Excel 宏编制程序。最后用 CAD 绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图。 关键词：高层建筑 ；建筑给排水；给水管材 Abstract This design is a 15 layers buildings of the public residence building to
