1、摘 要 在现代生产中,模具是大批量生产各种产品和日用生活品的重要工艺装备,它以其 特定的形状通过一定的方式使原料成型。由于模具成型具有优质、高产、省料和成本低 等特点,现已在国民经济各个部门,特别是汽车、拖拉机、航天航空、仪器仪表、机械 制造、家用电器、石油化工、轻工日用品等部门得到极其广泛的应用。以塑料衣架模具 的设计和典型模具零件的数控加工为例,介绍了注塑模具的设计方法和流程。首先根据 塑件材料及工艺特性用 pro/e 软件对零件进行模型分析,然后选择注塑机并确定型腔数 目,接着确定成形方案:总体结构设计、分型面设计、浇注系统设计、脱模机构设计、 冷却系统设计等。最后进行注塑机工艺参数校核
