1、毕业设计摘要 I 摘摘 要要 在毕业设计中我设计年处理 30 万吨金厂峪金矿选矿厂。 我所毕业设计的选矿厂矿石类型为金矿,采用浮选的方法进行选别。设计的流程 为:破碎采用两段一闭路流程,一段磨矿,一次粗选,两次精选,两次扫选。主要选 用的设备有破碎机,磨矿机,过滤机,分极机,浮选机,等等。选用设备的原则是确 保高品位和高回收率。经过浮选后,精矿品位可达到 120gt,回收率为 90。所以 设计的选矿厂是合理的。 同时,通过经济计算判断设计的可行性。选厂的基建总投资 1161.92 万元,单位 基建投资 77.46 元/吨原矿,选厂总定员 116 人,选矿加工费 49.03 元/吨原矿,税后利
