1、毕业设计摘要 I 摘摘 要要 在毕业设计中我设计年处理 30 万吨金厂峪金矿选矿厂。 我所毕业设计的选矿厂矿石类型为金矿，采用浮选的方法进行选别。设计的流程 为：破碎采用两段一闭路流程，一段磨矿，一次粗选，两次精选，两次扫选。主要选 用的设备有破碎机，磨矿机，过滤机，分极机，浮选机，等等。选用设备的原则是确 保高品位和高回收率。经过浮选后，精矿品位可达到 120gt，回收率为 90。所以 设计的选矿厂是合理的。 同时，通过经济计算判断设计的可行性。选厂的基建总投资 1161.92 万元，单位 基建投资 77.46 元/吨原矿，选厂总定员 116 人，选矿加工费 49.03 元/吨原矿，税后利
