毕业设计----数码相机面壳前模数控程序生成和仿真加工

1、 I 摘 要 Pro/ENGINEER 及 MasterCAM 是当前国内外模具设计与数控加工领域中使用最 为广泛的 CAD/CAM 软件。二者的功能各有优缺点，联合应用可提高模具设计与数控 加工的质量和效率。本论文阐述了用 Pro/ENGINEER 软件进行数码相机面壳的模具 设计，然后将图形数据转换到 MasterCAM 软件中进行数控编程的具体实现方法，并 利用 MasterCAM 软件生成数控加工代码并输送到加工中心或数控铣床进行加工的 方法和主要工艺。MasterCAM 作为在模具行业中早已被广泛使用并备受赞誉的 CAD/CAM 系统，在中国的模具行业中也占有领先的地位。Pro/EN

2、GINEER 中 NC 模块 使用比较复杂，而且参数定义较繁琐，相比之下 MasterCAM 中的 NC 模块具有简便 实用、功能齐全、刀具路径运算快等优势，另外 MasterCAM 软件具有较强的曲面加 工功能，而模具多由复杂曲面组成，在 MasterCAM 环境下更能诠释曲面的匹配度， 保证加工成型精度。通过此次注塑模的设计，掌握了相关模具设计的主要步骤，对 于 CAD/CAM 软件应用方面有了进一步的提高。 关键词：关键词：注塑模；模具设计；刀具路线；数控加工 II Abstract Pro/ENGINEER and MasterCAM are widely used in domest

4、-panel with the Pro/ENGINEER software,then convert the graphics data to MasterCAM software to proceed the NC paogramme, and apply the MasterCAM software to create the NC machining code and transport it to the control system of the NC machining center or the NC milling machine for processing .Through design the jet mould ,I has grasped the main step of thecorrellation mold designs, and also has the further enhancement on the CAD/CAM software application.
