1、摘要 I 太阳能热水器集热管智能保护装置的设计太阳能热水器集热管智能保护装置的设计 摘要 随着资源和环境问题的不断加重，使用清洁而又不会枯竭的能源的太阳能 热水器得到了很大的发展，然而现在的太阳能热水器由于其核心部件集热管缺 乏保护，在使用中存在水温过热时易使得水箱部件老化，积水垢，空晒易爆 管，易累积灰尘降低集热效率等问题。本文设计了一种集热管智能保护装置来 解决这些问题。该保护装置使用套装于集热管且能绕其旋转的半圆形保护罩对 集热管进行保护，保护罩半圆部分内外表面均有反光涂层。开保护时保护罩旋 转至集热管上方，防止坠落物砸坏集热管，同时由外表面反射阳光防止水温过 热；关保护时保护罩旋转至下
2、方，由内表面反射阳光增加集热效率。保护罩内 表面设置除尘刷，在状态切换中可以清扫灰尘。保护罩状态切换是正反旋转 180，动力由一直流电机提供，转动角度由固定的限位开关确定。 除了机械结构的设计，本文还完成了该装置的智能控制系统的电路和软件 的设计。其智能控制系统主要包括使用温度传感器和光线传感器作为敏感器件 的实现水温过热自动保护和光线过低自动保护的自动控制部分，以及给予用户 更多控制自由和可在家中长期无人状态下手动开启保护以防止集热管空晒爆管 的手动控制部分。本装置总体来说具有低成本，实用和智能化程度高的特点。 关键词关键词：太阳能热水器；集热管；保护罩；防尘 Abstract II The
