1、 I 化工企业数据收集和显示系统设计 摘摘 要要 本文设计了无纺布生产车间内的一个 CAN 总线网络。通过这个网络,可以将 现场智能设备互联起来,形成一个简单的工控网络。该网络包括一个主站和几个 从站。从站是几个智能测控节点,主要对生产线的启停状态、锅炉温度、布匹的 移动速度、单卷长度、单卷重量和总产量等数据进行测量,在现场用 LED 数码管 显示测得的各种数据,通过 CAN 总线将数据传送到主站,并根据现场数据控制布 匹单卷产量和产生温度报警。主站主要起到连接 CAN 总线与上位机的作用,主站 与上位机之间通过 RS232 串行接口进行通信。此外,还设计了掉电保护电路,可 以在突然断电的情况

With Control Area Network bus, field intelligent equipments could be connected into a simple industrial control net
3、work. This network includes a master station and some slave stations. Slave stations are several intelligent control equipment,and they are used to measure the production line is in state of starting or ending、 the temperature of Boiler、 the speed of moving cloth 、the length and weight of a roll of
4、cloth and the total output ,and show the data with 7-segment LED in the worksite , and send the data to the master station with CAN bus, and control the length of the cloth,and give alarms when the temperature is too high or too low. The master station connects CAN bus and PC. The master station communicates with PC according RS232 serial interface. Furthermore ,I designed the protecting circuit ,the circuit can protect the data when the power suddenly lost. key word: CAN bus, temperature measu
