3、团的兴衰成败，在很大程度上取决于集团的财务控制。因此，财务控制是企业 集团生存和发展的基础，是企业集团财务管理的中心环节。然而，我国目前不少的企业集团财务控制存 在严重的问题。如企业集团治理结构不规范，所有权人缺位；财务控制体系不健全，财务监控机制不完 善；财务控制集分权两极化；财务信息化水平低、财务信息虚假等。本文首先对企业集团财务控制的内 涵及财务控制模式进行了探讨，然后重点分析了我国企业集团财务控制存在的问题，并分析其成因，提 出了解决对策，并对企业集团财务控制系统从结构、制度等多个层面进行了详尽的论述。 关键词：企业集团；财务控制；财务控制模式 Enterprise Group Fin
