2、学积 极性，达到更好的教学目的。 考核的时候，老师则需要将自己的教学情况，实验情况以及自己的科研情况一一 记录下来，由于老师每一年的工作量都非常大，在填写考核表的过程中难免有所遗漏 或者差错。本设计利用 ASP.NET 网站开发平台和 Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 作为开发工具。后台采用了 SQL Server 2008 数据库设计，利用 ADO 数据库访问技术 实现对数据库的各种管理操作。本系统有两种登录模式：教师登录、管理员登录。教 师通过系统可添加个人教学、实验、科研等相关信息并且可以对相关信息进行添加、 删除、查询等功能；校领导以管理员身份登录系统可通过不同
