1、摘要 I 摘 要 静脉输液是我国目前临床治疗中最主要的一种输液方式,在实践工作中,医护人员 一般是靠经验和观察通过转动输液器上的滑轮对滴速进行手动调节的,这种方法经常 会出现一些异常情况:一是临床经验不是很丰富的医护人员对滴速的把握就不会很准 确,容易造成输液速度过快导致患者出现不适或速度过慢而影响治疗效果;二是若输液 时间较长,容易导致医护人员和患者的疏忽,增加医疗事故隐患。 三是需要随时监控输液 情况,加大了医护人员的工作任务。 因此提高输液系统的智能化和自动化以及降低输液 过程中的隐患势在必行。 为实现输液的自动!准确和非接触测量,设计一种红外线输液光电计数传感器。通 过对不同浓度和性质
2、的药液每毫升所含的液滴数的实验数据分析,发现大多数药液每 毫升所含的液滴数大致是相同的。利用液滴的数目来反映己输液量的多少是可行的。 该智能医疗输液系统可以对多床位的液情况进行远程监控,能针对不同的病人设 定不同的滴速,输液出现异常情况时会产生报警,液体输完时可自动切换至另一瓶。 本智 能医疗输液系统可以提高医院的服务水平和服务质量,减少输液过程中出现的医疗事 故,增强医院市场竞争力。 关键字:液滴检测;远程监控;光电传感器;nRF905 Abstract II Abstract Vein infusion is the most signifieant way of clinieal tre
