2、3.2.3 问题原因分析 10 3.2.4 解决措施 11 结 论 13 致 谢 14 参考文献 15 1 摘 要 焦化废水中的 COD、 氨氮、 磷的浓度普遍很高,DO/COD 大概是 0. 20. 4, 而 且毒性大、 可生化性差, 是成分较复杂的难处理的工业废水,传统的活性污泥处理 工艺能有效地去除污水中的 BOD5和 SS,但不能有效地去除污水中大量的氮和 磷。如果含氮、磷较多的污水排放到湖泊或海湾等相对封闭的水体,就会产生富 营养化,从而导致水体水质恶化或湖泊退化,影响其各种功能。A2/O 工艺是传 统活性污泥工艺、 生物硝化及反硝化工艺和生物除磷工艺的综合。 所以 A2/O (厌
3、氧-缺氧-好氧)是同步生物脱氮除磷工艺的一种,能有效的解决焦化污水中氮、 磷含量高的问题。但由于焦化废水自身毒性大、难降解并且水质水量波动较大, 而废水处理站的管理能力有限, 国内目前现运行的焦化废水处理站存在很多问 题,实际达标排放率很低。 关键词:焦化废水;活性污泥;A2/O 工艺;脱氮除磷 2 ABSTRACT Generally, the concentration of COD, NH3N, phosphorus in coking wastewater is very high. DO/COD is about 0.2-0.4. With the large toxicity an
4、d bad biochemical, coking wastewater become the kind of industry wastewater that has complicated ingredient. By the traditional activated sludge dealing process, BOD5 and SS can be removed from wastewater, besides the significant nitrogen and phosphorus. If the wastewater with much nitrogen and phos
5、phorus is poured into a relative closed water body, such as a pool or a gulf, eutrophication will occur, which will lead that the water quality deteriorates and the pool degenerates, then the various function shall be affected. The A2/O processing is the integration of traditional activated sludge p
6、rocess, biology nitrification, denitrifying process, and biology phosphorus deduction process. So the A2/O processing is one of the nitrogen phosphorus removal process.A2/O processing (Anaeroxic-Anoxic-Oxic) can solve the problem that the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in coking wastewater is very high.
