2、零部件的结构设计等。同时对加热系统、冷却系统、成型零 部件的工作尺寸的确定与模具各个零件的选材和热处理工艺进行了计算， 最后对注射 机的工艺参数进行了校核。 另外本文还叙述了应用 ProE 进行模具 3D 总装配设计的基本思路， 并结合具体 实例说明了应用 EMX 设计模具总装配的基本流程和具体步骤， 该设计思路和方法也适 合应用其它软件进行模具的 3D 总装配设计。 提出了利用 ProE 进行注塑模设计给企 业带来的巨大经济效益。 经过验证，本模具的结构设计巧妙，操作方便，使用寿命较长，塑件达到了规定 的技术要求。 关键词 按钮/注射模/分型面/Pro/E 三维造型软件在模具设计中的应用（按
