1、毕业设计说明书 - 1 - 摘要 本设计中印刷 电路板 废水处理 系统主 要分为四 部分， 从处理原 理上 可得到，重 金属废 水、含氟 废水、 酸碱废水 处理过 程需进行 pH 值控制 ， 络合物废水 处理量 虽小，但处理过 程比较 关键，既需要控 制 pH 值，又需 要硫-银离子选 择电极来 控制硫 含量。由 于重金属 处理量 大，所以在 对其 的主要产物-沉淀进 行控制时 ，还要 用到浊度 计，对 沉降槽的 浊度进 行 实时监测，控 制其排 放。另外 处理过 程中有大 量的储 槽和处理 槽需进 行 液位控制。这 里选用 可编程控 制器(PLC)在 处理工 艺中作为 核心控 制器 件，它具
2、有可 靠性高 ，编程方 便，易 于使用， 环境要 求低等优 点。本 处 理过程中涉及 较多的 开关量输 入输出 点，模拟 量输入 输出点， 故选用 输 入输出配置灵 活的模 块式结构 PLC 以 提高系统 的可靠 性与处理 效率。 从印 刷电 路板 废 水处 理工 艺流 程图 看 出， 本套 控制 系 统中 涉及 开关 量输入有 24 点，模 拟量输入 有 8 点，开 关量输出 有 39 点，模拟量 输出 有 10 点。 关键词：pH 计 ，硫银电 极，浊 度计，PLC， 模块，开 关量， 模拟量 毕业设计说明书 - 2 - Abstract The printed circuit board
