1、I 摘要摘要 本设计为一带料连续拉深多工位级进模,制件为电动机外壳。 经过查阅资料,根据设计零件的尺寸、精度、材料、批量生产等要求,首先对冲压件进 行了工艺分析与制件毛坯展开计算, 经过工艺分析和对比, 确定采用先拉深小孔再拉深外形 的工序,接着绘制出制件毛坯展开图。以工序安排为依据对零件进行了排样图的设计,再进 行拉深力、冲裁力、顶件力、推件力、卸料力、压料力、整形力等相关力的计算,确定总力 后选择压力机的型号。 接着是模具工作部分的设计计算, 和主要零部件的设计与标准件的选 择,其中包括上模座、下模座、上模垫板、下模垫板、上模固定板、下模固定板、浮动导料 杆、卸料板、导柱、导套、小导柱、小
2、导套、卸料螺钉、导正销、推件装置和顶件装置等, 并计算出非标准凸模和凹模尺寸和公差, 为装配图各尺寸提供依据。 最后对凸模和凹模的强 度及长度进行了校核。 通过前面的设计方案画出模具各零件图和装配图,以及部分零部件的三维建模与装配。 关键词关键词:级进模;连续拉深;电动机外壳; II Abstract This paper designs a deep drawing progressive die for belt materials. The workpiece is motor shell. Through access to information, according to the

Then the processing plan through process analysis and comparison are determined, and the blank parts graph is drawn out. At the same time the layout diagram desi
4、gn is finished which is based on process arrangement. Then the deep drawing force, cutting force, push force, discharge force, pressure force, plastic and other related forces are calculated. The press machine is selected after determine the total force. Then the design calculation for the work part
5、s and selection of the main parts and standard parts is finished, including mold bases, base plates, the fixed plates, floating guide rod, stripper plate, guide pillar, guide sleeve, discharge screw, guide pin, ejecting devices, etc. After that the standard dimension and tolerances of convex die and
6、 concave die are calculated, which provides the basis for various sizes of assembly drawings. The intensity and length of convex die and concave die are checked at last. Through the design above, the part drawings and assembly drawing finished, also some of the 3D modeling.
