2、宜兴郊区新庄大型物流园区，交通位置极其优越，发展潜力巨大。园区总占 地面积达 4 平方公里，目前已初具规模，规划于 2012 年上半年建成。 新庄新佳苑商住小区，总建筑面积 100 多万平方米，周边风光优美、交通便 利，商业繁华，有着较好的市场前景和较高的附加值，一期已于 2012 年年初交 3 付使用。 110kV 新庄变电所建设主要满足宜城城东大型物流园区及附近居民区用电 需求。目前，该区域的主供变电所 110kV 金兰变负荷率已经超过 80%。预计该 地区在 2012 年总用电负荷将接近 70MW。 现由 110kV 金兰变向该区域供电，显然已不能满足负荷增长及供电可靠性 要求的需要，有
