1、 I *女生综合宿舍楼女生综合宿舍楼 摘要 毕业设计是土木工程专业的必修课， 本次设计为*女生综合宿舍楼设计， 包括两部分： 建筑设计和结构设计。设计采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，主体六层，层高 3.0m。现浇钢 筋混凝土楼盖，围护结构为普通粘土砖，内墙抹灰，外墙水刷石贴面砖及涂料，局部外加 有斩假石贴面。根据设计要求，地震烈度为 7 度，场地类别为 II 类。 设计由建筑设计开始，先后进行了体型、平面、立面、剖面以及细部构件的做法设计， 整座建筑考虑到人流与防火组织。结构设计主要有主要框架的内力计算、主要截面的配筋 设计、楼梯雨篷的结构设计以及基础的结构设计。整个项目设计符合设计和结构要求，基
