1、 第 I 页 摘要 本设计简要叙述了转炉炼钢技术的发展状况以及未来的技术动向,结合本 专业所学的理论知识,在老师的指导下,设计一个年产 500 万吨合格铸坯的转 炉炼钢厂,通过产品大纲的确定、转炉炼钢的物料平衡与热平衡计算、转炉的 炉型设计、连铸设备选择、车间工艺设计及车间总体布置,确定了以两座 250 吨转炉、及一台连铸机为主要生产设备。并根据国内外炼钢技术的发展趋势、 钢铁产品的发展方向,选择了先进且有较大发展余地的短流程工艺:废钢转 炉连铸。设计方案以技术新、效益高为原则,充分体现了先进、灵活、多功 能的特点,具备可持续发展性。提交的内容包括设计说明书一份(含专题和冶 金专业相关外文文献
