1、 1 北京市某酒店空调设计概述北京市某酒店空调设计概述 摘要摘要 毕业设计是我们大学生四年学习生涯中的重要环节之一。相当于一般 大学的毕业论文。目的是总结检查学生在校期间的学习成果，此次设计以一 种总结性、综合性的教学实践环节。经过此次设计，使学生综合应用所学的各种 理论知识和技能，进行系统、全面、缜密的技术及基本能力的实践及应用。 此次设计的内容是北京市某酒店空调设计，本楼建筑面积为 8728.85m2，建 筑高度为 31.35m，是一栋及餐饮和住宿为一体的建筑物，一至三层为公共区域， 主要包括大厅、中西餐厅，层高为 4.5m，四至八层为客房，层高为 3.6m，每层 房间布置及结构尺寸详见建
2、筑平面图。本工程设计范围和内容只限于本楼的通 风、空调系统的设计，不含空调用的热源换热装置及其室外热网的设计。 设计内容主要以暖通空调课本为主题，查阅大量空调系统设计手册，依 据一般计算负荷的方法，通过运用冷负荷计算建筑物的热、湿负荷、建筑物的照 明、菜肴热湿负荷，由于该酒店的结构和使用功能，所以在设计空调系统时，采 用全空气系统和风机盘管加新风系统系统二种。继而进行全空气系统、新风系统 的选型，风管的水力计算和水系统的水力计算等，设计确定系统的消声静压箱， 系统压损，保温，防火，排烟和自动控制管理。 关键词：空调系统；冷负荷；热湿负荷；风管计算；水力计算；全空气系统； 新风系统；风机盘管 2
