1、 摘 要 本设计是参考鞍钢冷轧厂 2 号线进行的年产 100 万吨的冷轧带钢工艺设计,其典型 产品为 Q215 0.8 1000mm。主体设备有浅槽酸洗机组、五机架全连续冷轧机组、罩式 退火炉、单机架四辊式平整机组、横切、纵切及重卷机组、连续热镀锌机组、连续热镀 锡机组等。设计产品的品种主要有冷轧钢板、卷,热镀锌板、卷和电镀锡板、卷等。据 此制定了轧制制度、速度制度、并对轧辊强度进行了校核。另外,还校核了轧机年产量, 退火机组年产量、计算了经济技术指标,并以 AISI304 铸轧薄带耐腐蚀性分析为专题进 行研究,而且对 AISI304 不锈钢做实验以说明耐腐蚀性性能。最后附有 AutoCAD
2、绘制 的车间平面布置图,一篇关于薄带连铸不锈钢的微观结构和凝固热参数的的英文文献及 翻译和使用 VB 程序对轧制制度、轧制速度及轧机年产量进行的计算机自动化编程。 【关健词】:板带钢,轧制制度,全连续轧制,轧机 Abstract The design of a cold strip plant has been introduced and analyzed in this paper, according to ANSCs Cold strip plant 2# line. Its typical product is Q215 0.8 1000mm. Its main equipments
3、 include shallow-tank picking train, 5-stand- fully-continuous cold rolling train, hood-type annealing furnace, single stand 4-high skin-pass train,6-zone pull-through type continuous annealing line,cross-cutting and slitting train and coiling train, ect. 4、trip, hot-dip galvanized sheet and strip, hot-dip tinned sheet and strip. According to it, we established the rolling system, speed schedule and checked the rollers strength. Moreover, we checked the rolling mills productive capacity, cut-up units productive capacity and calculated the economic and
