1、 i 摘摘 要要 本设计为宿豫县玉皇隧道设计,设计为单向两车道,隧道全长 135m,净宽 10.75m, 限高 5m,衬砌内轮廓采用三心圆拱曲墙式。 根据提供的工程地质资料及相关设计标准,进行了宿豫县玉皇隧道(右线)设计。 在该隧道的设计中,根据规范的要求整体使用新奥法设计。初期支护采用锚喷支护:即 使用锚杆和钢筋网和喷射混凝土作为初期支护,模筑混凝土作为二次衬砌,二者共同作 用来形成整个隧道的结构支护体系。 该隧道工程的设计内容由七部分组成。第一部分为工程概述,主要介绍隧道区的地 形、地质条件,以及各类围岩的物理力学指标;设计依据及标准;第二部总体设计,根 据规范的要求和标准确定隧道横断面的
2、形式;第三部分对隧道洞门进行设计,包括对洞 门的几何尺寸的确定、抗滑、抗倾、以及墙身截面应力的验算;第四部分为衬砌设计与 内力计算、洞身配筋计算,根据隧道的结构受力分析对隧道进行配筋等计算;第五部分 为隧道爆破设计,根据地质以及隧道的要求确定隧道的爆破施工参数,炮眼布置等;第 六部分为隧道附属设施设计,包括排水等。第七部分为施工组织设计,具体解释说明施 工工艺。 关键词关键词:新奥法;锚喷支护;山岭隧道;复合式衬砌 ii Abstract It is the design of the constuction of the yuhuang tunnel .The tunnel is desig
