1、 I 摘 要 此次设计主要是针对车体安装连接板的加工进行模具设计。 首先分析了该零件的结构工艺性、 材料的特性, 并通过各种工艺方案的分析比 较,制定了落料-拉深-冲孔一次成形的复合冲压工艺方案。接着进行了模具总体设 计, 初步确定了模具的总体装配图、 模具的工作过程。 然后分析了操作和定位方式、 卸料和出件方式、送料方式、导向方式等问题。其次进行了冲压设备的选择计算, 主要零件的理论分析计算与设计以及标准件的选择。 根据以上分析和计算结果, 设 计出了落料-拉深-冲孔一次冲压成形复合模。最后介绍了本套模具的装配和调试问 题。 本模具可以实现车体安装连接板的快速冲压成形, 既可保证加工质量,

Firstly, the processability of the product structure of the connection board and the specialty are analyzed, and the
3、pressing process program of blanking-drawing-piercing in one forming process is formulated through analyzing different pressing process programs. And then the general design for the die is carried out, the assembly drawing of the die and the working process of the die are introduced. Then, we analys
4、ed operating and positioning method, material discharging and part discharging method, feeding mode, guiding mode, and so on. Next, the calculating and selecting for the pressing equipment is carried out, and the theoretical analysis and calculation and design for the main parts and the selection of
5、 the standard parts are carried out. The blanking-drawing-piercing compound die in one forming process is designed according to the above analyzing and calculating results. At last, the assembly and debug for this die are introduced. The pressing forming for the vehicle body mounting connection boar
6、d can be realized quickly by this die, which not only ensures the machining quality, but improves the production efficiency. The designing method and process of this die provides referring values for other parts pressing dies.
