1、 I 摘 要 Pro/E 是美国 PTC 公司著名的 CAD/CAM 3D 设计系统。自 1998 年问世以来，已经逐 渐成为当今世界最普及的 CAD/CAM 3D 系统的标准软件，该软件广泛应用于机械、模具、 工业设计、汽车、电子、航空航天、家电等各行业。 Pro/E 的功能非常强大，使用它能够进行诸如零件设计、产品组合、模具开发、NC （NumberControl 数控）加工、钣金件设计、铸造件设计、造型设计、逆向工程、自动测 量、运动仿真、应力分析、以及产品数据库管理等工作。但是 Pro/E 结构庞大，模块众多， 所以学习起来有一定的难度。 本文主要是在 Pro/E 软件设计平台上完成新
2、型手表的三维造型设计。在整个设计的过 程中，主要对手表的各个零部件进行造型设计和色彩渲染，最后对各个零部件进行虚拟装 配、全局干涉检查。通过对新型手表的系统设计，肯定了 Pro/E 软件在造型设计、基本特 征创建、组件虚拟装配、色彩渲染等方面的优势，从而使设计工作直观化、高效化、精确 化。并充分证明了 Pro/E 软件在新产品的研究和开发中具有很重要的意义。 关键字：关键字：Pro/E，三维造型设计，虚拟装配 II Abstract Pro/E is the United States PTCs famous CAD/CAM3D design system. Through the system design of new watches，affirmed the advantages of Pro/E software in design，the creation of the basic characteristics， components， virtual assembly， dynamic simulation， color rendering， so that the design of visualization，efficient，and precision.
