3、确定 KM173 机体挺柱孔加工采用钻-扩工艺方案,选择了较为合理的切削用量,主轴与刀具通过接杆和螺母 连接,通过钻套引导刀具和对刀。在主轴箱的设计中,主轴箱为通用主轴箱,采用集中传动方式,所有 的传动和变速机构都装在主轴箱体中,其特点是结构紧凑,便于实现集中操作,安装调整方便。经过分 析和计算表明该设计方案能够满足 KM173 机体挺柱孔的加工精度要求和生产纲领要求。 关键词:关键词:组合机床;刀具;接杆;主轴箱 II Design of Processing Schematic and Headstock for Drilling and Reaming Tappet Holes on t
4、he KM 173 Engine Body Abstract This article describes the process of schematic diagram and the design of headstock for drilling and reaming tappet holes on the KM 173 engine body. According to the processing requirement of tappet holes on the KM 173 engine body and the structural characteristics of
5、parts, we can determine that the machine tool is modular machine tool with two-station and removable work desktop. In the design of processing schematic, it has been adopted drill-reaming technology program for tappet holes on the KM 173 engine body, selecting a more reasonable cutting parameters. T
