2、掌握化工设计的基本程序和方法，使我们 在查阅技术资料，迅速进行工程计算，用简洁的文字、清晰的图表表达自己设计结 果等方面的能力有所提高。这就是本次设计的目的。 这次设计，主要是进行甲醇合成和精馏工段的物料和热量衡算。进行物料衡算 时，理论依据是物料平衡方程。但具体计算时，由于副反应较多，而且有些副反应 的生产量不确定， 所以在计算过程中引用了一些经验计算公式、 做了一些近似处理。 进行热量衡算的理论依据是热量平衡式，在计算时有些物质的准确比热和汽化热很 难找到，所以用了近似计算值或是经验值。本次设计虽然作了不少近似计算，引用 了一些经验值，但是都是严格按照有关文献资料进行的，所以设计结果达到预
