2、的工况情况,提高该轴的综合性能。因该轴的加工过程还需设计专用夹 具,本次设计加工该轴的38g6 花键的夹具,在设计专用夹具时,不仅要考虑到加 工花键的表面粗糙度和位置度的要求,还需要考虑到提高效率、降低成本、降低劳 动强度等等。同时本次设计还有对加工38g6 花键的精铣铣刀进行设计,在设计此 铣刀时,主要考虑加工花键的制造精度、轴心线的径向跳动允许误差和不等分累积 误差等。 关键词:轴、工艺、夹具、花键铣刀。 II Abstract The graduation design of the contents of the box design CA6140 spindle bed proces
