2、，在信息社会中的作用愈来愈重要。我国图 书馆计算机等信息技术的应用起步于 20 世纪 70 年代末期， 随着改革开放的步伐得以 迅速发展，特别是 90 年代以后，我国图书馆信息网络建设取得了较大发展，图书馆 信息化建设迈上了一个新台阶。 随着国内教育水平的不断进步， 我国教育事业发展蒸蒸日上， 办学条件日趋改善， 随之带来的是学校的数据信息越来越庞大，越来越不易管理，表现比较明显的就在学 校的图书馆管理方面。 学校的图书馆藏书在规模上越来越大，图书馆的日常管理和维护工作日益繁重， 以往传统的人工管理方法是一种封闭式管理，通过卡片登记借阅信息，只能实现有限 的流通，而且登记的纸质档案也不利于长期
3、保存，使得图书馆不能发挥应有的作用； 即使是实现了正常流通的，也不能提供管理上需要的各种信息，如本馆各种资料分布 及借阅（流通）情况。 本文介绍了在 Borland Delphi7 Studio Enterprise 环境下开发图书管理信息系 统的过程。文章介绍了图书馆管理信息系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析、图书 借阅流程分析等；系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计及代码设计； 系统实现部分说明了几个主要模块的算法，本系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。 关键词：计算机；图书管理系；数据库设计；Delphi 开发 Abstract Along with the progress o
