3、出的是“轮胎特保案”。本文 首先对中美贸易摩擦的现状进行分析， 再以“轮胎特保案”为例分析后金融危机时代中 美贸易摩擦的原因。最后提出中国应对贸易摩擦对策建议，即应结合发挥政府、行业、 企业三方的作用积极应对。 关键词：贸易摩擦；轮胎特保案；原因；应对策略 ABSTRACT As Sino-US economic exchanges and the deepening development of US-China trade deficit, it presents a trend that US-China trade deficit is expanding ceaselessly; t
