1、 1 北京市某饭店通风空调设计 摘要 本设计为北京某十层饭店空调工程设。该楼的工程概况为:总建筑面积约 13132m,高 37.4m, 地上十层,地下一层。 空调设计中,一至三层的大空间(大堂、西餐厅、宴会厅等)采用全空气一次回风的空气处理方 案。空气处理机组采用超薄吊顶式空气处理系统。其余空调房间(中餐厅、客房、贵宾房等)采用风 机盘管加新风系统。新风由设置在走廊内的吊顶新风机组处理后送入各房间。 在冷负荷计算的基础上完成主机和风机盘管的选型,并通过风量、水量的计算确定风管路和水管 路的规格,并校核最不利环路的阻力和压头用以确定新风机和水泵。 空调用制冷机房设在地下室,选用两台螺杆式冷水机组

4、nditioned rooms (example Chinese dinner service, guest room, VIP Room and so on) use CFU and all-fresh air system, the outside air processes by new atmosphere unit which establishes in ceiling, and then sends in to various rooms. The main-machine and fan coilschoice were based on the calculation of
5、cold-load. And through the numeration of blast volume and water flux,the standard of air duct and water pipe was determined.
