2、 年，中国成第一出口国贸易形 势更严峻，中国出口总值世界第一并没有太大意义。真正值得关注的是出口产 品的构成和附加值的多少。而中国出口仍然以加工贸易和贴牌生产为主，出口 附加值较低。因此，成为第一大出口国，对于中国出口商意味着更严峻的外贸 形势。根据 WTO 的数据，2008 年世界上 34%的反倾销案是针对中国发起的。 本 文作者通过各种贸易壁垒的内容、特点的阐述及中国外贸企业屡遭国外贸易壁 垒限制的原因的分析，揭示贸易壁垒对中国对外贸易的影响，并针对中国外贸 企业的实际相应情况提出了实施与国际接轨的标准化战略，实施企业及产品的 认证战略及大力实施出口市场多元化战略等对策。因此，中国外贸企业
