1、I 摘 要 安全是煤矿工作永恒的主题,直接关系到职工生命安全、家庭和谐、 企业兴衰成败和社会稳定。因此,安全工作是煤矿各项工作的重中之重, 安全责任,重于泰山。安全生产是煤炭人的美好愿望，是现代化矿井建设 的基石。近年来频发的矿难不断呼唤煤炭人，只有树立新的安全观念， 改变固有的思维方式，不调整完善并建立与本煤矿企业相适应的安全培 训方法和安全管理体系， 让人这个煤矿安全生产的主要因素变得 “安全” ， 才能实现煤矿生产长治久安。 本文明确了煤矿企业长效安全生产的重要意义，通过对吕沟煤矿典 型事故的调查与分析，并结合吕沟煤矿生产工作实际，提出完善安全培 训与安全管理体系的若干措施。 关键词：煤
