1、 摘 要 本文以当前我国机械行业安全现状为基础,分析了机车生产系统的事故特点,运用 轨迹交叉理论,建立了机车生产系统的事故致因模型,并对机车生产系统安全影响因素 进行了透彻、细致的分析。遵循指标筛选的方法和指标建立的原则,经过专家咨询后, 从安全管理、人为因素、设备因素、环境因素四个方面建立了机车生产系统的安全评价 指标体系。指标体系的建立并用了定性与定量相结合的方法确定了指标的权重,该指标 体系能较好的反映机车生产系统的安全状况。基于综合评价的基础上,采用模糊综合分 析法,建立了机车生产系统评价模型,并引入评比等级来定量分析评比结果。最后,以 南车成都机车车辆有限公司为实例模型,应用模糊综合
2、分析的模型,结合综合因素打分 表的要求对其安全状况进行评价,得出了该公司的安全级别,进而验证了机车生产系统 指标体系和评价模型的可靠性和可行性。 关键词:机械行业;机车生产系统;指标体系;模糊综合分析法;安全评比等级等 Abstract The paper analyzes the accident characteristic of Locomotive Production System based on Safety status of Machinery Industry, applies the principle of the Theory of Track-Intersect,

After following the principle and method about founding index system, the paper establishes the safety assessment index system of Locomotive Production Sy
