2、.NET 平台下用软件工程的思想开发一个网上教 学评价系统的过程。考虑到课题的难易程度，作者就以计算机系为例进行教学评价系统 的设计与实现。本文通过分析教务部门的工作需求，以 ASP.NET 为开发技术，使用 C 为开发语言， 运用 SQL Server 2005 数据库来实现后台数据的管理， 开发出一个基于 Web 的、界面友好的网上教学评价系统，完成了功能设计、数据库设计，对系统的设计思想、 设计目标进行了明确的规划，实现了用户登陆、课程评价、评价管理等功能，基本满足 了用户的需求实现了学生评教的动态管理，使对学生评教信息的管理更加及时、高效， 提高了教务部门的工作效率。 关键词 网上教学
