2、来越重视。 传统的企业人事管理系统采用 C/S 模式结构，采用这种模式需要针对不同的操作系 统开发不同的软件，其次，会给企业带来了高昂的维护成本且投资较大，严重阻碍 了中小企业发展的步伐。该企业人事管理系统采用 B/S 模式结构，解决了 C/S 模式结构的 不足之处，它使得企业的选择更多，成本降低，并且系统维护和升级方式简单，大大减轻 了企业管理人员的工作量，促进了企业的发展。 本企业人事管理系统以 B/S 模式结构为基础，主要对企业员工的信息以及跟人事相 关的工作流程进行集中的管理，方便企业建立一个完善的、强大的员工信息数据库。 它是以 J2EE 和 SQL sever 2005 数据库作为
