3、有先进的技术和设备，但是公司现在对现场管理却有些疏忽，随着市场环境的 变化及产量的迅速增长， 由此带来的问题越来越多， 已经严重影响了公司的发展。 公司在现场管理还比较薄弱，管理层已深刻认识到基础管理的重要性，并试图尝 试去做出改善，但还没从根本上着手获得解决现场管理的一些问题的方案。本文 通过对银光能源公司的现场管理进行分析，找出问题，然后运用 5S 相关的管理 理论及管理工具提出相应的解决办法， 探索找到一个合适且有效的方案来解决银 光能源公司一系列的现场管理问题。 关键词：银光能源公司；现场管理；5S - II ABSTRACT The Silver Energy Technology
