1、共 33 页 第 1 页 摘要摘要 随着现代科学技术的迅速发展,工业生产规模的扩大和自动化程度的提 高,起重机在现代化生产过程中应用越来越广,作用愈来愈大,对起重机的 要求也越来越高。尤其是计算机技术的广泛应用,许多跨学科的先进设计方 法出现,这些都促使起重机的技术进入崭新的发展阶段。 本起重机为 16t 桥式起重机。本课题主要对起重机的起升机构进行总体 设计,起升机构有一台电动机,一台减速器,一台轮式制动器,一套卷筒装 置和上滑轮装置构成。要求起重设备运行平稳,定位准确, 安全可靠, 技术性 能先进。 本文简要地介绍了起重机的性能、结构、发展状况等,并参照起重机 设计规范(GB3811-83

Especially, with the broad application of computer technology and the appearance of the advanced design method of a lot of inter discipline, which urge the technology o
4、f the carne into a brand-new seedtime. This carne is a kind of 16t bridge carnes for hydropowerstation. This paper focuses on design ofhoisting mechanism of the carne, including the main and assistanthoisting mechanism with electromotors, reducers, brake staffs, drumdevices and pulley gears. The car
