1、 1 摘摘 要要 本工程是内蒙古包头市钢铁大街北段，荣资商场 2 号工程楼, 为六层 框架结构，一、二层为商场，三六层为写字楼，总建筑面积 5220 。 建筑高度为 23.7m，室内外高差 450mm。建筑防火等级为二级,建筑耐火等 级为二级，耐久年限为二级。设计内容主要分为：1.建筑设计部分，2.结 构设计部分。建筑设计部分主要包括：建筑平面设计;建筑立面设计;建筑 剖面设计;建筑细部设计。结构设计部分为:选择结构类型,进行结构布置; 估算梁、板、柱界面尺寸及材料等级;荷载计算;楼梯的内力分析及配筋计 算;框架梁、板、柱的内力分析及配筋计算;基础设计。设计部分结束进行 图纸绘制，建筑部分主要
