1、 i 盘形摩擦离合器设计 摘摘 要要 离合器是汽车的重要部件。 本文针对 CA6102 发动机设计了盘形离合器,选用膜片弹 簧离合器方案,该方案优于其它方案,具有轴向尺寸小、零件数量少、主要零件形式简 单、批量生产时成本低等优点。本文确定了离合器的主要参数,总体设计了膜片弹簧离 合器的结构,具体设计了包含扭转减振器的从动盘总成、从动盘毂、膜片弹簧、压盘、 离合器盖等主要部件及主要零件, 对主要零件进行了强度校核计算, 并对其结构工艺性 进行了分析讨论。具体设计好的离合器的工作原理为:当用力推动分离轴承时,膜片弹 簧的碟簧部分变形,失去对压盘的压力,使得从动盘和飞轮之间分开,从而达到分离的 目的
