1、摘 要 - 1 - 摘 要 网络教育信息发布系统旨在培养学生利用信息技术的意识和能力，促 进信息技术与学科课程的整合，逐步实现教学内容的呈现方式、学生的学习 方式、教师的教学方式和师生互动方式的变革，充分发挥信息技术的优势， 为学生的学习和发展提供丰富多彩的教育环境和有力的学习工具。 教育网络化、教育信息化是教育现代化的重要内容，是实现教育现代 化的重要步骤。没有教育的信息化，就不可能实现教育的现代化。教育信息 化促进了教育现代化的进程。 网络教育信息发布系统是一个基于 Web2.0 标准开发的网站。在 WIN-XP操作系统下，使用Apache做为Web服务器，MySQL作为数据库，PHP 语
2、言进行数据交互而实现网络信息发布。把系统分为前台客户端模块和后 台管理模块两个模块来进行设计，完成功能如下：前台功能设计为用户注 册、 新闻公告栏、个人用户资料修改、在线交流等功能；后台管理模块设计 为后台教师登录(包括教师资料查看、人信息修改、 新闻信息发布等功能)、 公告管理、管理员管理(包括会员的添加、查看、删除、修改等)，学生通 过注册便可成为系统的注册用户后，可实现自学、向教师提出问题、 查看新 闻通知、 以及跟老师和其他同学进行在线交流讨论，同时设置系统管理员权 限对注册用户和数据进行统一管理，发布网站新闻公告以及修改网站内部 重要信息等。为确保用户账户安全，本系统同时对密码进行
