1、毕业设计 学校名称 设计说明书 水杯盖注塑模设计 学生姓名: 年级专业: 班 级: 指导老师及职称: 系 部: 毕业设计 1 摘摘 要要 此次的设计任务即水杯盖注射模具设计,零件模型就是商场里面买来的大口杯。 产品的 3D 建模,借助 PRO/ENGINEER 设计软件创建型腔、活块以及其他零件,并自动生成所 需要的零件工程图 ;使用草图和厚度检测,评估零件;直接参照产品三维模型,创建分模曲面及 滑块,再生成模具型腔组件(动模、定模) ;对于模架的设计,利用 PRO/E 模座专家 EMX4.1 来完成, 从标准模架选择到产品输出,全部采用 3D 化设计。我在水杯盖模具设计过程中,从零件建模到型
2、 腔、型芯的设计、模架设计,直至最后的模具开模动作模拟都充分发挥了 PRO/ENGINEER 设计软件 的各个模块和插件的优势,基本做到了无图纸化设计。采用一模四腔的设计。注塑机综合注塑容 量、锁模力、最大注塑面积和模内压力等技术参数确定注塑机型号选用 Battlefield BC_T_1500/630。 模座选用Futaba, 其他标准件选用Misumi。 使用了模具设计软件PRO/ENGINEER, 从最初的零件 3D 建模到最后的模具各部分零件的装配,模座设计,工程图文件,依靠 PRO/ENGINEER 的各个模块,得到合乎毕业设计规范的工程图。 模具的特点是:滑块在动模,斜导柱在定模,

Referring to the product directly 3 d model, parting surface, the slider, the mold cavity components (mold core, and the mold cavity) are created. From standard formwork choose to
