1、 I 摘摘 要要 本次课程设计是设计一个一级减速器,根据设计要求确定传动方案。设计过程根 据所给输出机的传动带的速度、传动带的力、卷筒直径。确定所选电动机的功率,再 确定电动机的转速范围,进而选出所需要的最佳电动机。计算总传动比并分配各级传 动比,计算各轴的转速、转矩和各轴的输入功率。对传动件的设计,先设计齿轮,从 高速机齿轮设计开始,根据功率要求、转速、传动比,及其其他要求,按齿轮的设计 步骤设计,最后确定齿轮的齿数,模数,螺旋角等一系列参数。本次课程设计我采用 的是直齿圆柱齿轮。之后设计齿轮的结构,按机械设计所讲的那样设计,按同样 的方法对低速级进行设计,接下来对箱体进行大体设计,设计轴的
