1、 I 摘 要 客车底盘的总布置设计在客车设计中具有重要作用。本文对中型客车底盘各 主要部件进行选择及布置设计并对相应的参数进行了选取和计算，在此基础上完 成底盘总体布置设计。设计过程中，在给定客车类型、部分参数及驱动形式的情 况下，对中型客车底盘进行选件布置；依据所确定的轴数、驱动形式、发动机的 功率及汽车底盘布置形式，并考虑到商用车的舒适性及其对商用车的基本性能的 要求来进行了汽车主要尺寸参数和性能参数的选取和计算，在此基础上选取并确 定了底盘各部件的动力总成、制动系及转向系等。最后参考了同类车型的底盘总 布置方案来对所设计的中型客车进行底盘总布置，并绘制了底盘的总布置图。 本文在底盘的设计
2、过程中，为了保证汽车驾驶的舒适性和安全性，对转向系 的运动干涉问题进行了校核。在分析过程中采用了图解法，对转向系在向左、向 右时的不同情况进行校核，并测试其合理性，最后的分析结果表明，所设计的转 向机构匹配合理，切合实际。 关键词：客车；底盘；总布置；客车设计 II Abstract The total passenger car chassis layout design of the bus plays an important role.
