2、挤出量为 4050kg/h。 塑料挤出机由三大部分组成,这三部分为挤出系统、传动系统和加热 冷却系统。挤压系统是设计的关键,主要有螺杆和机筒组成,螺杆采用的 是新型分离型螺杆,他具有挤出物均匀、生产能力高、功率消耗低、排气 好、扫镗现象少等特点。机筒采用的是整体式机筒,它可保证加工精度和 安装精度,并且安装容易,机筒受热均匀。 为了适应塑料工业迅速发展的需要,塑料挤出机曾向着大型、大的螺 杆长径比方向发展。近十年来塑料挤出机更主要的是朝着高速、高效、多 效能、自动化和辅机配套连续生产等方向发展。 关键词关键词 挤出机;挤压;液压驱动 - II - The Design about Main M
