1、 I 摘要摘要 无论是对企业还是对劳动者来说,薪酬问题无疑都是人力资源管理中最敏感的问题之 一,同时,薪酬也是现代企业不可或缺的竞争手段和激励手段。 致诚广告公司成立于 2003 年,注册资本 100 万,现拥有业务人员 52 人,属于私营股 份制企业。公司的组织结构为直线职能制,它把直线制结构与职能制结构结合起来,以直 线为基础,在各级行政负责人之下设置相应的职能部门,分别从事专业管理。每个企业在 发展过程中总会遇到一些不足,致诚公司也不例外。公司整体的薪酬水平较低,工资结构 过于简单,薪酬结构和福利项目有待进一步合理化。 本论文通过四大部分,即岗位分析与评价、薪酬调查、整体薪酬设计、薪酬方
