2、情，则 自动拨打 119 并播放录音，也可以自行设置所要拨打的号码，如事主的手机号码，录音 需自行录制。 本系统采用了美国 ATMEL 公司生产的 AT89C51 单片机，美国公司 XICOR 生产的低功 耗CMOS的串行EEPROM-X25045， 加拿大Mitel公司生产的DTMF信号编/解码芯片MT8888， 语音模块采用美国 ISD 公司的 ISD1420 语音芯片， 整体功耗较小， 兼容性好， 稳定性高。 本系统通过密码来识别主人身份，系统开启后只有输入正确的密码才能关闭系统。 本系统同时还具有自我诊断功能，出现故障能自动进行处理。系统从硬件和软件两方面 进行了抗干扰设计，使其具有较
