1、 I *办公楼建筑与结构设计办公楼建筑与结构设计 摘 要 本工程为洛阳市涧西区某小学办公楼工程,采用框架结构,主体为六层,本 地区抗震设防烈度为 7 度,场地类别为 II 类场地。主导风向为东北,基本风压 0.40KN/M,基本雪压 0.25 KN/M。楼屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。 本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计规范, 认真考虑影响设计的各项因素。根据结构与建筑的总体与细部的关系。 本设计主要进以第 8 轴为中心的一榀框架进行计算分析。主要进行了抗震计 算,风荷载计算,及竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算。此外还进行了结构方案中 的室内楼梯的设计。完成了平台板,梯段
