1、*工程大学毕业设计 1 摘要摘要 本次设计题目为北京市*医院住院楼给水排水工程设计。该建筑属于综合性大 楼,为中危险等级建筑物。 具体设计项目为:室内给水工程,室内排水工程,室内消防工程(包括消火栓系 统和自动喷淋系统) ,室内热水工程,共 5 部分。 生活冷水给水系统分高、低分区。低区 14 层由市政管网直接供水,采用下行上 给式供水方式;高区 516 层由水箱、水泵联合供水,采用上行下给式供水方式。地 下室设有贮水池和水泵房。屋顶设高位水箱,生活水箱与消防水箱分设。 消火栓系统不分区,采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统。每个消火栓 箱内设消防泵启动按钮,消防时可直接启动水泵。屋顶水箱
2、贮存有10分钟的消防水量。 火灾延续时间以2小时计。 采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统。每四层一个区,设一根立管,共四根立管。水箱高 度不满足该系统对水压的要求,因此在水箱旁设增压稳压设备。湿式报警阀设置于地 下室内,水力警铃装在报警阀附近。火灾延续时间以1小时计。 室内热水采用集中式热水供应方式,分高低两个区,低区1-4层采用下行上给式供 水方式;高区5-16层采用下行上给式供水方式。采用干管循环。 排水采用合流制,分区与给水系统相同。每根立管都单独出户。低区 14 层不通 气,高区 516 层采用伸顶通气,低区都不通气。 本设计说明书详细介绍了系统的设计、计算过程。并且阐述了几种防噪措施,以 供参
