1、 I 摘要 通过此次毕业设计加深了我们对所学知识的掌握,有利于所学知识的综合利用。尤 其是对所学的专业知识的最好体现。在设计中遇到的难点和疑点,可以通过查阅相关资 料进行解决,有利于提高我们解决问题的能力。 注射模具的设计主要利用相关的模具资料和 Pro/E 等设计软件。在模具设计之前需 要对塑件图样进行审核, 熟悉塑件的材料及相关的技术要求。 在此基础上展开设计工作, 包括塑件的质量厚度、投影面积、有无侧凹、螺纹和嵌件、选择注射机及其主要参数等 方面。 本课题的任务是设计矿泉水瓶瓶坯塑料注射模,塑件的材料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二 醇酯。由于此塑件必须大批量生产并且塑件的外观为较长的壳体,所以该设计
2、采用了新 型的热流道技术和点浇口的单分型面结构形式。考虑到矿泉水瓶瓶坯开口端有一段螺纹 结构,因此需要设计侧向分型抽芯机构,该机构由斜导柱与滑块共同实现。其优点在于 简化模具结构,大大降低了模具的制造成本。最后对模具与注射机的有关尺寸进行了校 核,通过对模具的设计计算表明该设计能满足塑件的质量和加工工艺要求。 关键词:PET;注射模具;侧向抽芯;三维造型 II Abstract With this graduation project to deepen our knowledge of school is conducive to the comprehensive utilization

Taking into account thread structure in the open end of the mineral water bottle perform, so it is need design lateral sub-type core-pulling mechanism, which is achieved by both oblique columns and slider guide. The advantage of the core-pulling mechanism is to simplify the mold structure and reduce the manufacturing costs greatly. The dimension of the mold and the pressure machine has been checked fin
