1、 摘摘 要要 本文主要针对当前供水系统中存在的自动化程度不高、能耗严重、可靠性低 的缺点加以研究, 设计出一种在这三个方面都有所提高的 PLC 控制的恒压供水系 统。 恒压变频供水系统是当今应用最广泛的节能型供水系统。 本文通过对供水系 统运行特征及工作状态的分析,阐述了系统的节能原理,介绍了系统的基本构成 及特点。并从实际出发,通过对 PLC,变频器,离心水泵等原理的介绍,阐述了 整个系统实现的理论基础,通过具体编制 PLC 程序,实现了控制要求,较好的满 足了工艺要求。 本文所做的研究对同类系统的研究和再开发具有一定的参考价值。 关键词: 变频调速 ; 节能 ; PLC 控制 2 Abst
