1、摘 要 架空线路对工厂的正常生产具有重要的作用。因此,工厂的架空线路的保护 也变得尤为重要。由继电器、接触器和各种开关按照一定的逻辑关系用导线连接 成的传统的继电保护,接线多,连接点多,触点多,接触电阻大,电磁线圈体积 大、能耗大,还有较大的磁滞现象,当控制线路复杂时,所产生的热量和杂散磁 场带来环境污染。近三十年来,微机保护得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。它已 经逐渐的替代了传统的继电保护。其中,PLC(可编程控制器)就是很具有代表 性的控制装置。这种新的控制方式体现了 PLC 体积小、功能强、灵活通用与维护 方便等一系列优点。 本文叙述了基于 PLC 来设计工厂 10kv 架空线路的保护。在
2、设计过程中,需 要以传统继电保护为基础来计算出 10kv 架空线路的短路电流,通过对线路的整 定计算和灵敏度校验来设计出其原理图并选出保护装置和设备, 再利用原理图画 出其展开图、I/O 表和输入输出端子接线图,最后根据上述结论绘制梯形图并写 出指令语句表。 关键字:10kv 架空线路 传统继电保护 微机保护 PLC 原理图 ABSTRACT Overhead lines on the plant has an important role in normal production.
