1、 1 *250 吨/日地下开采设计 摘要 本设计为华西元阳公司*V1-2-3 矿体 250 吨/日地下开采设计。共分为 11 章:1.矿 区概况及矿床地质;2.矿床开拓设计;3.盲斜井提升及盲斜井断面设计;4.矿山运输及平 巷断面设计; 5.阶段平面设计; 6.井底车场设计; 7.采矿方法设计; 8.基建进度计划编制; 9.矿山通风与安全技术;10.矿山排水;11.矿山动力供应。 本设计范围为 545m960m 中段,矿体走向长 3120m,平均倾角为 78,平均厚度为 0.35m,矿体的上下盘为闪长岩,矿区地质条件简单。 矿井采用平硐加盲斜井开拓,开采 760m 以上阶段时采用平硐开拓,76
2、0m 以下采用盲 斜井开拓;采矿方法采用削壁充填法,主要包括崩落矿石与围岩、矿石搬运、架设顺路天 井、充填工作;通风方式采用对角双翼式,主平硐进风,南北风井回风;采场内通风,两 边顺路天井进风,采场中间的探矿天井回风;井底车场采用甩车道;矿山的运输方式采用 电机车运输,盲斜井提升采用矿车组提升;矿山排水 760m 以上采用自流排水,深部采用 分段接力式排水;矿山动力供应主要是空压机的选择。此外,还采用 CAD 进行辅助图形设 计。 关键词:矿床开拓,削壁充填采矿法,矿井通风,矿井提升运输,矿山排水。 2 Daping gold mine Maomushu orebody 250 ton/day
